About Ines

I have a degree in sports science from FMH since 2017.
Since then I worked at the gym and dedicated myself to home/outdoor PTs.
This is the fastest way to reach your goals.
Forget the gym, you'll just pay more for a less good service, experience from those who have already worked in one ;)

About the lesson

Degree in sports sciences.
I teach 30-40 minute online/physical classes. I go home or give outdoor training.
An initial assessment is always carried out and a training plan is subsequently created according to your objectives and limitations.
