About Balto
Hello my name is Balto! I’m a certified massage therapist and studied at the National Holistic Institute. I practice eastern and western massage techniques: Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Thai, MFT, Sport, and Reflexology. My wellness philosophy is deeply rooted in 10 years of Hatha yoga and formal Tibetan studies.

I’m teaching to engage muscles/and tones
Strength body ,be mindfull ,aware /to be present and the moment I offer yoga lessons designed to fit into a busy schedule, lasting about 40 minutes each. These sessions blend traditional yoga postures with breathing techniques and meditation, aiming to enhance flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. Each lesson is tailored to various skill levels, ensuring both beginners and advanced practitioners can benefit. The sequences often incorporate elements from styles such as Vinyasa, Hatha, and Core Power Yoga, providing a well-rounded practice.
