I showcase qualifications. I clearly display degrees, certifications, and teaching experience on your profile or website. I also like to share my success stories with students and with parents if applicable. I set clear expectations up front, and I also paraphrase my students' concerns and ask clarifying questions to show engagement. My tone with my students is always respectful and non-judgmental. My dress is appropriate and I am always punctual. My record keeping and tech preparedness are on point. It is important to build confidence through normalizing mistakes, and to celebrate each micro success.

By choosing to take science lessons with me, students gain access to an engaging, supportive, and flexible learning environment that not only helps them succeed academically but also inspires a genuine interest in science. We will undoubtedly have a lot of fun. One of the things I like to do is to use storytelling to make scientific concepts relatable and memorable. I frame lessons as stories—either real-life accounts of scientists and discoveries or fictional narratives illustrating scientific processes.
