About Marie
Student first, I learn with you every session. My goal is to share with you this pleasure of connection with oneself. I love movement in all its forms, a yoga session with me handles several styles ranging from dance to fitness or pilates.

The course generally lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour with a breathing/meditation part before the practice then a more dynamic session before ending with deep relaxation. My classes are personalized according to the desires and energies of the moment. Ranging from yin yoga to a dynamic vinyasa, I also like to combine my sequences with strengthening exercises derived from pilate.
