About Farzana
I am a passionate educator with a strong academic background and firsthand experience in guiding students through their learning journey. I hold a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangladesh and an MSc from Queen’s University Belfast, UK. Having navigated the transition from studying in Bangladesh to pursuing higher education in the UK, I understand the challenges students may face when adapting to different curricula and academic expectations. Even before moving to the UK, I began teaching students in Bangladesh, ranging from Grade 6 to A Levels, which gave me a deep appreciation for the different learning styles and needs of students at various stages. Having completed O Levels and A Levels myself, I am well-positioned to support students not only academically but also in understanding effective study strategies and exam preparation techniques. Teaching, for me, is more than just delivering content. It's about guiding students to build confidence, develop critical thinking, and cultivate a genuine love for learning. I take pride in creating a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, explore ideas, and achieve their personal academic goals. With my combined experience as both a student and a teacher across different educational systems, I am committed to tailoring my tutoring approach to each individual, ensuring they not only succeed in exams but also develop the skills and mindset to excel in the long term.
