About Marion

I have been teaching English for 7 years now, and I have thus been able to see pupils of all levels, although mainly college or high school students. So I have already had the chance to follow more than a dozen students over the years. I accompanied schoolchildren in difficulty (by returning to the basics, so that they calmly approach high school), but also high school students, in difficulty for the bac for some, or by security and deepening for others! I was also able to teach French as a foreign language in the United States to American and international students. I also provided support to international students with poor English skills in the United States. I have always had a very good relationship with my students, with whom I really get involved to provide them with the best support and education possible!

About the lesson

Graduated with a master's degree in Public Policy from Sciences Po Paris, I offer English courses from beginner level (A1) to advanced level (C2) as well as support courses in Spanish from beginner level (A1) to intermediate level (B2)! Coming from a family where English is spoken at home, I mastered English from an early age. Then, I did my license entirely in English and I was able to spend part of my studies in the United States. I can therefore offer English lessons for all levels and for all ages, adapting my method to the student (child, adolescent or adult). In contact with Spanish from a very young age, I reached a level of Spanish during my studies allowing me to provide support to pupils in difficulty in this language, as well as upgrades for adults. Learning or deepening a language requires mastery of written and oral expression and comprehension skills. I therefore offer courses structured around these 4 skills, alternating reading, dialogue, listening and writing workshops. For children, I propose an approach based on the appropriation of the language by the child. He must be able to live the course rather than undergo it. Also, for children under 10 years old (standard to be adapted according to your child's level) I offer a "course" structured around the creation of a short story that the child will build from course to course. 'other. For teenagers (middle and high school students), I offer lessons based on school programs, by establishing a truly personalized follow-up adapted to the needs of your child. It will essentially be a question of returning to notions of the language that are poorly understood or poorly learned. Optionally, I can provide homework help in the chosen language. The educational supports will come from current events (written press, extracts from television news) or based on series or films, so that the student can genuinely be interested in a course anchored in reality. Finally, for adults, it will be a question of reviewing the fundamentals and clarifying certain points that may have become a little vague. The approach to the language will be done in particular through texts or videos from current events and the course will focus on a discussion around the chosen subject. Although the structure of the course is important, the feeling counts just as much. I therefore offer a fun and personalized approach to English or Spanish, adapted to each profile.
