We will move with the breath through creative flows to open the body and clear the mind, giving the spirit room to play. I like to layer flowing repetitive movements to slowly introduce the body to the postures and increase mobility. Intention is everything, so we will weave philosophy and teachings, changing the way we think about movement. This is a practice to become more you!
