About Megan
Once again, I have obtained my 200-hour certification. I have been practicing for 3 years. My personal favourite types of practice are flow and yin to heal the body. I have a background in nutrition and wellness as well and can testify how much yoga had changed my life for the better. Grounding, peaceful, and fun. This is one of my favourite ways to exercise!

I have a strong passion for Yoga, as it has shown me how it heals the soul, the mind, and the body. I have been practicing for 3 years, but just recently got my 200-hour certification. My classes are for all levels: beginner or intermediate. I offer my classes at a good price as I am just starting to put myself out there teaching. Namaste.
