About Layla
I myself have been able to experience what yoga can do for a person. I would like to share this wonderful gift with you. I have completed my degree as a restorative hatha yoga teacher in Mysore, India, the birth place of Yoga. In addition, I also am trained as a yoga massage therapist in Chiang Mai, Thailand. This is a great addition to what I had already learned in India. I still learn every day, reading books, doing workshops and webinars. This knowledge helps me to help you further on your path. Maybe you just want to start from the beginning and want to learn the basics of yoga or maybe you are already engaged in yoga and want to deepen your practice with more meaning and knowledge. Even when you suffer from certain complaints, physically or mentally, I can fully adapt my lessons to you.

Asana Yoga (yoga in its physical form, yoga poses and exercises) I prefer to do in person but we can also work with skype, photos and videos if the distance is not big. For deepening your exciting practice with yoga Nidra, meditation, pranayama and philosophy, just the same, in person is always better but this can also be done very well by skype or something similar.
