I am a professional artist and educator with 10+ years of experience. I have taught in formal educational settings at the university level as well as the high school level. I have also taught individuals and smaller workshops and classes as well.
Professionally, I have worked on large scale and long term commissions, both part time and full time, and I can share this professional practice knowledge as well.

I begin by assessing your current skills and learning your strengths and areas of improvement. I then seek to find out what you want to emphasize in terms of artistic growth. I start fundamentals that can be built upon with concepts and more complicated projects. This model can work for all ages and all levels of artists. Most of my experience is with high school level students.
