I've taught professionally for four years emphasizing the needs of my students and learning from them as well, throughout my career. I realize everyone is at different levels and try to accommodate them. I like to show proper form and modifications with props and also full extention of the pose.

Breath and movement are aligned and postures flow easily into one another. We start on the mat with a thorough warm up, 20 minutes of standing sequences are followed by floorwork that includes abs and back exercises and then a relaxing cool down.
