About Hayden
I have tutored for two years for the CECHS Science Bowl. During this time, I built friendships with my students, and they all explored concepts of quantum physics, calculus, mechanics, and chemistry. I have a great passion and ambition for mathematics, which is reflected in my teaching. The only thing better than learning mathematics is teaching it.

I teach by first learning about what a student already knows by evaluating their understanding of key concepts of steppingstones to what they want to learn. My lesson plan is reinforcing these key concepts and building off of them in order to achieve the student's goal. What sets me apart is my value of understanding in the student, that they may know and understand, not only know and have no application of their learning. My lessons are most applicable for those preparing for calculus, the PSAT/SAT/ACT, and those in algebra, precalculus, trigonometry, and/or calculus 1/2.
