About Abby
I’m a certified 200-hour yoga instructor with a background in neuroscience and a deep curiosity about how movement, breath, and attention shape the brain and body. I’ve studied the science behind mindfulness, compassion, and meditation, and I bring that knowledge into each session with warmth and intention. My goal is to help students feel both grounded and empowered—body, mind, and heart. I value what truly works, and I teach in a way that’s practical, evidence-based, and centered on your well-being.
