About Jordan
I'm in my late 20's and started my yoga journey when I graduated college, I remember going to my first yoga class and absolutely falling in love realizing yoga is what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. I'm originally from Texas and have lived all around the south developing a Southern/Western style of teaching. I love what I do and look forward every day to sharing my passion with others.

My Lesson Plans vary from students to student, I've had the honor of teaching vinyasa, ashtanga, and power flow, the foundations of meditation and the 8 limbs of yoga. My love for yoga has allowed me to study with many mentors and teachers with mant tools aquired and strength gain.
As a teacher I am always looking for opportunities to share tools that I've come to acquire and grow.
Always reminding ourselves to have fun and enjoy the journey for all that it is.
