About Joe
I have been a personal trainer for 6 years now holding qualifications in gym instructing, GP Referral and nutrition as well as being a strength & conditioning intern as part of my final year at university. I have had numerous amount of opportunity to participate in different sports such gymnastics, MMA and coaching netball. Being able to distinguish and analyse sport has become an interest and everything I have learnt I would love to transfer to you
