About Kali
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Mathematics Education from the University of South Florida and have taught middle and high school math across public, charter, and private schools. My experience spans a variety of courses, including 6th grade IB Math, IB Algebra, Algebra, Algebra II, Algebra with Finance, and Pre-Calculus. Additionally, I have tutored in statics, elementary math, and geometry, helping students of all levels build confidence and mastery in mathematics. Beyond teaching, I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Geographic Information Systems at the University of West Florida, expanding my expertise in data analysis and spatial problem-solving. I am also a member of the Florida Army National Guard, which has further strengthened my discipline, adaptability, and leadership skills. Outside of academics, I have a passion for staying active and creative—I take aerial classes, enjoy swing dancing, compete in Spartan obstacle races, bind books, crochet, and attend a book club once a month.
