About Alana
I earned my BFA in Painting from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), where I developed a strong foundation in fine art and creative exploration. Growing up in Vermont, I taught local art classes and discovered my passion for helping students build confidence through creativity. While living in Savannah, I continued tutoring throughout my college years, supporting students in strengthening their technical skills and artistic voice.

From mastering brushwork and shading to experimenting with mixed media or learning the rhythm and structure of crochet, students gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment where creativity feels exciting, not intimidating. My goal is not only to teach art skills, but to help students feel capable, inspired, and proud of what they create.
