About Eshita

I'm Eshita Sharma I've completed my yoga therapy from S-VYASA University Bangalore and in my class there will be fun practice and relaxation practices along with yoga and different styles of yoga practice. Yoga therapy is a very unique kind of session there is yoga, asana, pranayama and meditation with some special advanced techniques guided by my university in the sessions.

About the lesson

The yoga sessions will be very amazing and there will be a therapy practice also as my study is all about yoga therapy and it would be a very interactive session with all the students so that they won't feel bored and some unique relaxation techniques also.
