About Sizhu
Hello there
My name is Sizhu Jiang, a passionate yogi and a Yoga Teacher. I am from China and currently living in Australia.
After suffering many years of depression and auto-immune disease, it has came to my mind that how Yoga is important in my daily life, therefore I really look forward to sharing the benefits of what Yoga has brought to me to you.
It's absolutely a life changing experience that you will never regret to give it a shot!
