About Carma
Hi, I’m Carmen — a Yoga Alliance certified teacher, writer, and traveler from Italy. Yoga has been part of my life for over six years, accompanying me through artistic exploration, long journeys, and deep personal growth. I teach Integral Yoga, a holistic practice that connects body, mind, and breath. My classes combine traditional postures, conscious movement, and meditation to help you find balance, strength, and awareness — both on and off the mat. After traveling and volunteering in different countries, I discovered how yoga can be a universal language of healing and connection. Teaching yoga is my way of sharing that light: helping others to feel grounded, present, and free in their own body. Join me to explore a mindful, energizing, and heart-centered practice

Hi! I’m Carmen, a certified Yoga Alliance teacher with over 6 years of practice and 3 years of teaching experience. My classes combine traditional yoga, breathwork, and bodyweight fitness to create a full and balanced experience — helping you strengthen your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself. Each session ends with deep relaxation and guided meditation, allowing you to release tension and cultivate inner peace. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, I’ll adapt the class to your level and goals — from improving flexibility and posture to finding more energy and clarity in your daily life.
