&''""#Hello how are you? My name is Gabriel, I'm 25 years old and I'm an architect-urbanist from USP; I intend to enter the Master's program in 2019 in the same institution. I have advanced English, having completed the course at CNA Idiomas and deepened the knowledge throughout my training, as well as a great interest in learning new languages! I would like to contribute to learning English from people who want to improve their reading, writing and speaking skills! I also have a lot of contact with academic papers in the English language, and I can help those who have an interest in developing their knowledge on this front. I accept students of various levels, from those who want to learn the language from the beginning, to those who have intermediate / advanced knowledge and who have the will or need to deepen it!

&''""#I believe that the most effective method of learning to assimilate a new language is use; the continuous and daily practice of reading, writing, listening and speaking. Routine use has great potential in understanding and naturalizing a new language. I will present here a basic structure, but I emphasize that the classes will always be open to changes according to the preferences of each student - after all, different people learn in different ways, and this should always be respected! The proposal is that of a class divided in 2: a first part of vocabulary, grammar and conversation in English, and a second part of correction of exercises and clarification of doubts. These exercises would be defined according to the learning focus of each student. An example in the case of an intermediate level student, who would like to improve his writing and reading skills: between each class, the student would be responsible for translating a paragraph of a small text written in English each day. In the next class, we would have a first moment of vocabulary, grammar and speech, and in the second moment I would correct its translation and remove any doubts, and define the text that the student would translate for the next class. In the case of a student who wants to improve their listening skills, the exercise could be as follows: watch between each lesson a short video spoken in English, and write in Portuguese about what is exposed in it. And so it goes! Note: I am available to give classes in person or via Skype, according to the preference of each student!
