About Shubha

I am a certified Yoga instructor, a wife and a mother. I started doing yoga mostly during pregnancy, to nurture myself physically but gradually it started taking care of me mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I started realising a new dimension of myself and then I started spreading the knowledge about it to people around me who were stuck . Now I am certified and I want to share this knowledge with everyone
