About Nisha
Hello! I'm a Government Certified Yoga Instructor from India, dedicated to helping students improve their health through authentic and personalized yoga practice.
My classes combine traditional yoga, Sukshma Vyayama, asanas, pranayama, and relaxation techniques to build strength, flexibility, better posture, and inner calm.
With over 10 years of teaching experience, I create a supportive environment where students learn with confidence and progress at their own pace. Whether you're a beginner or an intermediate practitioner, I will guide you with clear instruction, proper alignment, and personalized attention to help you build a safe, consistent, and enjoyable yoga practice.

As a Government Certified Yoga Instructor from India, I believe yoga is a lifelong practice that nurtures the body, mind, and breath. My teaching approach combines traditional yogic principles with personalized guidance, ensuring every student progresses safely and confidently, regardless of age or fitness level.
Each class begins with gentle breathing exercises and Sukshma Vyayama (joint-loosening exercises) to prepare the body, followed by carefully selected asanas with a strong focus on proper alignment, mindful breathing, and individual modifications. Every session concludes with pranayama and relaxation or meditation to help reduce stress and promote overall well-being.
Rather than encouraging difficult poses, I emphasize correct technique, consistency, and gradual progress. I explain the purpose and benefits of each practice so students understand both the "how" and the "why" behind every movement.
My online classes are suitable for beginners, intermediate practitioners, working professionals, homemakers, and anyone looking to improve flexibility, posture, mobility, strength, balance, and mental wellness.
