About Ae
I am aed, the fire of the gaels. That the christen name I was given which I was supposed to live up to. I have been training martial arts consistently since I was eight years old until I was 18, and discovered strength training. I have been training 5 years since then.

This is a culmination of many years of research and training. through years of trying to find the easiest way to get what I want. Now, I've put in the hard work for you to do as little as possible :)
My first client will have a reduced price lessons for a commitment take before and after pictures. Expect to injure yourself and if you don't, take it that you're a perceptive person and smile :)
