About Jaime

I accompany my students in the development of a body that responds to their day to day in an active way: a body that does not accumulate tension or pain; that does not give in to the vices of bad posture; that is strong and aligned; that recovers comprehensively and quickly from injuries and that matches the desired body in terms of strength, endurance and flexibility.

I have a Master's degree in Psychoanalysis, so I connect the physical practice with the malleability of the mind in order to develop and strengthen concepts like self-security, self-esteem, the ability to love and the processes to letting go.

I educate myself continuously in the United States, Mexico and Spain. I give face-to-face classes in Madrid and virtual classes around the world.

Unleash your energy and empower your body and mind with Vinyasa Power Flow Yoga. It is not a quiet or static Yoga; its equivalent in the gym is cardio and weights, but it adds flexibility.

The practice consists of:
1. Warm up through traditional breathing methods
2. Key body points activation in order to avoid injuries
3. Stretching through noble and simple positions
4. Getting into more intense positions such as balances, torsions and bendings
5. Focusing in observing your body in order to detect its strengths and areas of opportunity
6. Practicing in order to widen your strength, resistance and flexibility ranges
7. Stretching again to maximize the benefits of the positions
8. Relaxation and closing

Through this steps you will be able to get into a therapeutical meditation that strengthens your spirit, breaks the resistances of your mind and opens your heart.
