Hi, I’m Simran – Certified Yoga Instructor Helping You Reduce Stress & Feel Stronger

With over years of personal practice and a 200-hour certification from Yoga Alliance, I help individuals improve both physical health and mental well-being through personalized online yoga sessions.

My approach goes beyond just postures—I focus on creating a balanced practice that includes movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, so you not only feel stronger but also calmer and more in control.
