About Stephen
Newcomers to the mat often find comfort in my approach. Early morning sunlight hits my floor as I guide students through sleep and wind-down routines. I hold a Diploma in Yoga Therapy from SVYASA and draw on 6.0 years of practice to help you move.
We explore chair yoga, restorative yoga, and flexibility and mobility for all body types. I also guide prenatal yoga, sun salutations, and breath control using pranayama techniques. My meditation and mindfulness practice remains a central pillar of our time together. Please reach out if you care to chat about your practice.

I have 6.0 years of experience teaching various postures to ensure you stay safe. We refine your alignment during each session to ensure steady progress.
You will find that these slow movements build strength without the typical rush of a studio. I emphasize clear instructions for every breath and transition we make. Learning how to move with intention creates a sense of deep peace. It is genuinely enjoyable to watch how quickly the body adapts to regular, measured care.
