My approach to tutoring students will consists of having a conversation beforehand on their aims and goals with each subject. We will discuss weaknesses and strengths and overall problems that the student is experiencing with the subject. I encourage and help increase the confidence of the student by allowing them to speak there opinions and thoughts and always encourage lessons to be engaging.
