About Arpita

I am a yoga teacher and also a Website developer.

I have some availability in my schedule for teaching yoga, so if you are looking for private yoga lessons, please reach out to me.

I can help you through yoga in below styles -

- Vinyasa (active, warming, sweaty)

- Vinyasa (active, slow flow, feeling stretched and relaxed)

- Yin (slow, meditative, deep stretch - you won't break a sweat)

- Restorative (resting with the support of props; calming the nervous system)

- Adaptive/Chair (adapted for injuries, disabilities, beginners)

About the lesson

I like to keep breathing-focused practice. My goal is to help you connect your mind and body and create balance. While connecting to your breath, I will guide you in gaining strength and flexibility. The sessions will be tailored to your requests and draw influence from different style of yoga.

If you need to cancel and reschedule your appointment, you can do so 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours, you have to pay full session cost.
