About Junaid

Hello, my name is Junaid and I am a 3rd year Bachelor of Education student at Cape Peninsula University of Technology. I have always been passionate about working with learners and helping them grow in confidence, especially in English. Teaching excites me because I believe education has the power to open doors, and I want to be part of that journey by guiding and supporting my students to reach their full potential.

About the lesson

My Tutoring Approach
As a 3rd year Bachelor of Education student at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, I bring both academic knowledge and practical teaching skills into every lesson. My approach is learner-centered, which means I adapt my lessons to suit each student’s pace, learning style, and goals. I believe that learning English should feel engaging, supportive, and confidence-building never overwhelming.
Lesson Style and Methodology
I use a mix of interactive activities, guided practice, and real-life examples to make English meaningful and practical. My lessons often include reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and vocabulary, but I tailor each session to focus on what my student needs most. What makes me unique is my ability to combine a structured plan with a relaxed and encouraging environment, so students feel safe to make mistakes and grow from them.
Languages I Teach In
I am proficient in English and Afrikaans, and I can comfortably support learners in either language. This helps me explain complex English concepts more clearly to students who may feel more confident starting in Afrikaans.
