Yoga at three levels:
Body level: Through the classes, you will slowly understand your body better and learn to look deeply into yourself.
Mind level: The repetitive patterns of the mind can be unlocked through the practice of yoga.
Breath level: The key to a successful yoga practice lies in using your breath to integrate both body and mind.
