About Charles

I was born and raised in San Diego. I have two young daughters and a grown son. My passion for fitness originated from my love for martial arts as a child. From there, I never stopped studying the science of human movement and physical performance. So I spent almost a decade as a personal trainer.

About the lesson

I am a very technical personal trainer. I ensure the my clients become experts in regular movement patterns and then progress them to more advanced techniques! I have been been a personal trainer for 8 years and have a passion for teaching! Whether you're a beginner to fitness, or experienced, I have a wealth of knowledge to share!
