About Xiaofang
I started to do regular Yoga practice when I worked as a clinical doctor 24 years ago in China. Since I noticed that yoga practice helped me to keep both my body and mind healthy, I went to take a Hatha Yoga instructor training course in an Indian Yoga School in Beijing.
Since I moved to the UK, I started to teach Yoga in different venues and locations. At the same time, I continued to take teacher training courses in Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Bikram Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga. Afterwards, I teach different styles of yoga to different groups of clients.
I really enjoy my yoga teaching, whereby I am able to help people with different physical and emotional issues with Yoga, a natural method.

There is always a 10-minute consultation at the beginning of each client's first session, where I would get to know about their health conditions and expectations from the yoga practice. With that, I would design their yoga lessons to suit their body condition and help them to achieve their goal.
There would be two typical lengths of lesson
1-hour yoga lesson
1.5-hour yoga lesson
I am qualified to teach Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Yin Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga and have been teaching yoga online and in person in Cambridge, Peterborough and Deeping area for 15 years.
My lessons suit all levels and ages from 13+ onwards.
