About Nia
A love for travel, sports and the outdoors has led me to complete multiple ski seasons where I have gained extensive experience in the hospitality and customer service industry. I lead a very active lifestyle, am a keen skiier, yogi and climber and thrive in new adventures and cultures. Mother to two young children with a keen interest in painting and interior design.

I offer classes for all levels and abilities, specialising in vinyasa and ashtanga. I work with students to build and maintain strength and heat, mobility, restoration and awareness both functionally and mentally through a varied and dynamic practice.
I offer one to one and group classes tailored to the needs of the client.
