About Jagdish Singh
I am Jagdish Singh Bisht with 2+ years in teaching yoga.
NET/JRF qualified yoga instructor. I have completed M.sc (yogic science) and PG Diploma in yogic science form india's topmost famous university "Gurukula kangri university" Haridwar, ,Uttarakhand.
With extensive knowledge and expertise in yoga, I am dedicated to promoting physical and mental well-being through the practice of yoga. My passion for teaching and my ability to connect with my students make me an exceptional instructor.

My class starts with prayer ,yogic suksham kriya ,full body warm up , Surya namaskaras , assanas , pranayama & yoga nidra. The class flow will change depending on attendees age groups and also health issues. I can give class according to client like- group and personal.
For Corporate session I give class according to the employer's office work .
