About María Juliana
I’m a law school graduate and former attorney with over five years of experience. After discovering the transformative power of yoga in my own life, I made the intentional shift from law to wellness. With over three years of dedicated practice, yoga has helped me manage anxiety, gain mental clarity, and cultivate self-compassion. Now, as a certified yoga instructor, my vision is to inspire and promote a balanced, mindful lifestyle—across cultures and around the world.

My 40-minute lesson follows this structure:
1. We will start our practice with an Initial meditation
2. As we start warming our body, we will begin building our mind-body connection and creating a flow between our breath and body.
3. We will follow a 5 poses sequence that will bring our practice to a peak pose.
4. We will repeat the same sequence and will stop in each pose for 4 - 1 breaths.
5. Finally, we will close practice with a full-body relaxation pose and a final meditation.
