About Luigi
With over 10 years of experience in calisthenics, gymnastics, mobility, and functional movement training, I help students develop real strength, body control, and confidence through proven training methods. My coaching focuses on mastering your own bodyweight, allowing you to build impressive strength and athletic ability with minimal equipment. Whether your goal is to achieve your first handstand, learn the front lever, improve mobility, increase functional strength, lose weight, or develop advanced gymnastics skills, I will create a personalised plan tailored to your current level and goals. I specialise in combining calisthenics, gymnastics fundamentals, and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) principles to help improve strength, flexibility, joint health, and movement quality. My approach develops not only a stronger body but also greater body awareness, discipline, and mental resilience. No matter your starting point, I will guide you step-by-step to unlock your full physical potential and take your body and mind to the next level.
