About Kerry
Personal trainer, group fitness instructor. Who has practised yoga for over 20 years. I used yoga as movement mediation for my anxiety and stresses as a single mum. Not knowing of the other attributes it would bring to my life. You will only discover this if you practice it yourself..everyone you should do yoga.
Everyone.ive been teaching now for 3 years and just want to share the power of yoga with every man ,woman and child.
