About Lydia
I am a student, currently enrolled at Cardiff University's undergraduate English literature and creative writing programme. I have a real passion for my subject, (and for essay writing too!) I've been through the ringer in terms of GCSES and A levels so I do know how stressful preparing for exams are. As someone who has battled with dyslexia, (and won, I might add) I would like the student to feel as if English is for everyone, no matter how difficult it may appear.

My teaching methodology is very collaborative. I want to work with my student in order to achieve the best result possible. When studying English it's important to use critical thinking, and I will help the student develop a good analytical approach to reading and writing texts. We can also work on essay writing too, depending on what area of English you want to focus on.
