I am a beginner yoga teacher, but yoga was always been my hobby since 2009, I decided to take it one step future so I’m in the midst of getting my beginner yoga teacher certificate, and I’m happy to meet you all here. Namaste.

I will be teaching flow yoga or you can call it vinyasa yoga, inclusive of some posture to strengthen upper and lower body, especially your arm and core muscle. We will practice some inversion poses too if time allowed and if everyone wanna try. :)
