I work as a promoter & interpreter for many companies & agencies. About the lesson

My learning method is simple. After a clear presentation of their goal, I will prepare a training plan / nutrition plan for you. You can also contact me outside of the training times and ask me any question. We are happy to speak English or Russian;)
