About Cyrielle
Sporty and artist at heart, I started at 4 years of classical dance for 10 years at the opera of Toulon. I then practiced other sports, initiated zazen and several spiritual disciplines to finally land in the world of yoga that includes everything I need to flourish and feel good, so I can only to share this lifestyle with you by discovering yoga!

I try to have a global approach ashtanga way: to put an intention at the beginning of the course, to stay on the breath, to be in the effort and to dose it, to be in the comfort for a session very soft in the respect of the body, work on different spiritual themes, prepare and strengthen the body and mind to achieve your goals, meditation at the end of the session accompanied by mudra, mantra and self-massage.

Excellent! Cyrielle a un sourire qui transmet la positive attitude. Le ton de sa voix est calme et doux, on se sent bien. Même par webcam, j'ai senti que je n'étais pas seule.
- Très bonne élève malgré les aléas technologiques pendant la séance. Je suis contente d'avoir pu lui transmettre un peu d'ondes positives et d'avoir passé un très bon moment ensemble. Au plaisir de se revoir !Cyrielle's response :
