About Laura

I am a qualified yoga teacher originally from Glastonbury. I completed my yoga teacher training in Bali and have since taught meditations, and workshops in a variety of countries and environments to a range of different students.

My classes are a mix of hatha, vinyasa and yin, creating flows dependent on each individuals capabilities and goals. I like to challenge students and take them to a place they did not think it would be possible in their mind and within their body.
