About Nicki
I am a 200 hr accredited Yoga Teacher teaching in the Gippsland region and now in Melbourne CBD. I have been teaching in private, group businesses and running Yoga retreats all around Melbourne. My teaching philosophy is simple; I teach from a place that I have learnt. And my greatest learning have been from some of my hardest life lessons. But I am living proof that it is possible to come out of the darkest times to reach your highest points in life.

I believe in life we are the product of the stories we tell ourselves, it is the process of unlearning to find out what has conditioned us to become a certain way. Through my teaching I help students to UNLEARN (ironic as a teacher!), and then construct themselves in a way that serves their highest potential. You have one shot to write you life story, Why not start what you have been putting off for so long? Why not start that all important journey of finding who you really are without all the 'construction'.
