About Dhruv

I am an athlete myself - I play cricket, badminton and squash. I have seen all the phases of my life where I was an underperformer and injury prone with the traditional gym training. Then I learned that every person is different and has unique goals. With the specific tools and workouts that I have learned, I can help you achieve your goals.

About the lesson

Fitness is my passion. I have learned from my own experiences - an athlete myself, I know what it takes to be competitive and injury free. Traditional gym training makes you strong, but training structured to your needs makes you the best version of yourself.
