About Sravani
Excercise and workout would surely help me reduce excess fat from my body but the day I inculcated yoga in my routine there have been a loads of good changes in my every day action and reaction in just a week session. I choosed yoga more a couple of years ago but coming from an army background, I have been exposed to sports and gymnasts which helped me doing the flexible postures. But yoga is something that welcomes people from all age groups without having any prior practice or any equipments. So, let's bring-in the old age method to keep our inner self on an active mode.
