I am a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor and committed to sharing the gift of yoga with others, helping them find balance, strength, and inner peace for physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
I am a certified RYT200 Yoga Instructor with additional qualifications in Matt Pilates, Kids yoga, Meditation, and Weight loss coaching.
I also teach Yoga with Power Breathing and Meditation
