About Shaoni

Hi, I'm Shaoni Dutta, I'm a fitness trainer. I have done yoga teachers training courses from Government affiliated organization. I love to keep myself healthy, fit and mindfull, so I keep sharing my knowledge so that I can help some of you to become what you want to.

About the lesson

We provide power yoga flow, relaxation yoga,meditation therapy, weight training, free hand fitness training, power pilates etc. You can choose any one or combine 2 or 3 according to your body type and comfortable zone. We provide free diet chart.
