I am a retired professor, U.S. Marine, and current director of religious education. I have taught earth and physical sciences, mathematics, and religion at middle school, high school, and college levels. I teach by using all effective pedagogies. These pedagogies include real-time projects, homework, assessments, and field experiences.
I have been teaching and tutoring science, mathematics, and religion since 1980. Until May 2016, I taught an average of 200 students per academic year. My classes are required for graduation and have thus helped thousands of students to graduate.
$50 is my current maximum hourly rate. My rates can be significantly discounted for reasons such as whether or not I have to travel, the subject type and level, and the student's ability to pay. Contact me to inquire about discounts.
