About Cristina
I'm teaching private classes 10 years ago. I have worked with athletes, children, beginners, and professional dancers. With me, my students have learned how to prevent hurting, to stretch better and more efficiently, exercises that they can do alone, and also how to have fun doing exercises! I believe when one loves that they make that transmission and it is something contagious!

I am certified by the American Heart Association, AFFAA Group Classes, Red Cross, Pilates with Barre, functional fitness, corporal expression by Marcela Trape, Tango Beginner-Intermediate-Advnaced from Boulder International Tango Studio, and I graduated from the Ballet Academy in the United States. My technique is to see that the body needs and from there do some organic and whole exercises which some will strengthen you and others generate more mobility and flexibility in your body. I use exercises from all my knowledge as tools in giving a very complete class.
